Crafted from a precision blend of 48% cotton and 52% polyester with a classic pique knit structure, this premium fabric balances the natural softness of natural fibers and functional merits of synthetic fibers. Cotton delivers skin-friendly comfort, moisture absorption and air permeability while retaining a gentle hand feel, eliminating stuffiness and skin irritation caused by full-polyester materials. Polyester endows the fabric with exceptional wrinkle resistance, crispness, abrasion resistance and quick-dry performance, solving the pain points of pure cotton such as easy wrinkling, deformation and tedious maintenance. The pique knit further enhances dimensional texture with uniform concave-convex mesh pores, structurally boosting ventilation.

We adopt high-elastic eco-friendly water-based PU thick printing paste paired with multi-layer overprinting and sequential pre-baking craftsmanship. First, print the black base layer: conduct low-temperature pre-baking at 80°C after each screen print, repeating 3 times to build a 0.5mm raised paste layer. Then accurately register and overprint the offset white outline layer to further amplify three-dimensionality, creating an embossed relief effect. Post-printing, garments undergo 5 minutes of high-temperature tunnel curing to enable deep cross-linking between the PU paste and pique fibers for long-lasting adhesion. Finally, low-temperature ironing smooths out the fabric, ensuring perfectly flat prints with sharp, clean edges free of burrs or ink bleeding.
